Our monthly communal space to connect and share, held around the time of the new moon at Fold Yoga in Macclesfield. A reclamation of power, vulnerability and truth. A place to connect and share with each other. A place where you are always welcome exactly as you are.

    Shake the Dust combines high-intensity movement, body weight training, yoga, pilates, somatics, dance and intuitive movement nto a music-driven workout to help you feel better. 

    Shake the Dust is a transformative and embodied movement practice aimed at (re)cultivating pathways of our body-mind-heart to allow more ease, freedom and healing.

    A practice for EVERYONE. Come as you are no previous experience necessary!

In winter everything lies dormant in the silent earth, it is a sacred time of rest and reflection before the awakening and the slow build toward brighter days yet the new year and this season also asks for us to get clear as to what is birthing in the silent earth.

This Half Day New Year Retreat is an opportunity to dive into what is birthing in the earth of you. Inclusive of Rest In Movement Yoga, nidra, yin sharing circles, light bites and journaling.
