Jenny Roche is a director of Rise Wellness Academy and Jenny Roche Movement LtD, and a fully accredited Wellness Teacher specialising in Somatics, Tantra Yoga, Dance Teacher Training, Retreats, Workshops and Somatic Therapy & Counselling. She is a Specialist Leader for Education focusing in Well-Being and a Teacher Trainer for Authentic Flow Tribe.
