Monthly Movement with Jen & Kirsty - November

This November, Rise Academy Directors Jen and Kirsty invite you to join them online for a month of nourishing movement and rest.
Settle into Kirsty's deeply restorative Yin and Nidra every Tuesday at 7pm, and explore Embodiment Movement with Jen every Wednesday at 6pm. All sessions are recorded so you can drop in and move at a time that suits you.
